Treated us all last week with ovex. Had a bunch of dead ones in little ones poo. Then tonight a live one. I'm really struggling with all the washing. I also had to repeat the dose with me after 3 days as it wasn't working. My hands are dry. Would the doctor prescribe something stronger? I don't get why they haven't came up with something that also kills the eggs at least. I keep thinking of things I haven't wiped and its driving me insane. Son is off childminders for another week so want to get it sorted by then. I'm thinking maybe these ones are new ones or maybe I'm rubbish and missed something. Getting me down its all I can google

I don't look either. I don't want to see them!! I just dose them if they seem to be scratching or complain of itching. My younger ones don't seem to be there yet thankfully. My eldest used to get them a lot 🤢 I am pushing hand washing with the younger two, I think my eldest never really got the hand washing memo.

Pretty sure I saw a dead one tonight. My husband thinks I'm making it up, as he hasn't seen any. Then asked for me to show it to him, said I couldn't as I wiped it. He opened wipe so probably spread eggs everywhere. I'm exhausted cleaning everything

Raw garlic. Bloody awful but resolves the worms quickly. I only needed two segments

Just dose all family members regularly if you have small children.
Apparently with good hand hygiene, you can clear worms in 6 weeks. It’s the poor hand hygiene that reinfects ppl, aka hand from bottom with worms to mouth so reinfection occurs.
