My son has little bumps all over his body like the picture below. He had chicken pox last week is it something to do with that?

Looks a bit scarlet fever like. (sandpaper rash). Has he a sore throat?

What do you do for Scarlett fever do you know?

Strawberry tongue is something else to look out for. Does the rash feel like sandpaper?

Try Aveno oil in the bath (or porridge oats run under the tap for a cheap alternative). Warning though: it makes the bath and baby very slippery!
