Cyst like bumps on 7 month old

Hi all, just after some thoughts on what this could be.
For background, both my children have severe eczema, toddler has peanut allergy, not sure about 7 month old yet.
I have cysts in my head but not painful, itchy and no cause for concern.

So a few weeks ago, my baby came up in a couple of hard lumps, like how a cyst feels. They started off small and red, then just kept getting bigger and inflamed. Went to the gp who thought it was an infection where he's scratched and some bacteria has developed into this, had his 1st lot of antibiotics, think he had around 3 lumps and they cleared up say 95%. Few days later same thing happened, back to gp who sent him to hospital so they could check it wasn't an abscess that needed draining. Paeds Dr agreed that it was eczema causing it and 2nd lot of antibiotics given. Again cleared up say 90%. Then again more lumps came back but not red and inflamed, went to gp who gave antibiotics but only to take them if it got worse. Woke up next morning and one lump was red raw, doubled in size so 3rd lot of antibiotics given. The lumps now have all gone down to a small size, purple in colour. Also to say he has never been upset etc, still his happy smiley self with a normal appetite and nappies normal. I have attached a picture of the second time around - we put some witch Hazel on the biggest lump and this created a hole, when I was changing his nappy, I barely touched his leg and felt it pop and green liquid started coming out.

The last gp app, she mentioned beg bugs. We have pulled out every erh mattress, taken covers off, checked behind and under beds, the lot but can't find anything at all. Washed all bedding and planning to steam everything just incase.

Does anyone with a child with eczema have experience of this? My husband and toddler both have eczema and they come up in spots too from scratching but they clear on they're own or with some steroid cream, neither have ever had any hard lumps. Also I don't have any lumps/bites etc. And our dogs don't have fleas.

Please help and give me some advice on what to try/ask for/do! Thankyou

Oh and forgot to say, he has now got 2 more lumps this afternoon, small in size so far so I've moisturised him and put the lowest steroid cream we have on.
