Baby with covid

My 11 month old tested positive for covid today. She had no significant symptoms initially other than a really high temp 39.5. We were advised to go to a&e for the temp, which eventually came down with ibuprofen. She is drinking less but is drinking / wet nappies. She seems okay other than the temperature. I'm just really worried and think irrationally due to anxiety. Is there anything I can do? Anything to look out for? Any advice for covid and babies? What to expect.
Thanks in advance

Children in this age group do brilliantly with Covid, it's often nothing more than a mild cold. When my daughter had Covid at almost exactly the same age she had a single temperature spike and a bit of a snotty nose and that was it. We only knew it was Covid because we (her parents) were completely flattened by it at the same time.
I'm sure she'll be absolutely fine, but if you're ever worried about her then get her checked over by a doctor just to be safe.

Did you test her?

@pbdr I'm glad your experience was okay. Our girl has had a very high temp on and off, only really responding to ibuprofen. A&E have checked her and aren't worried but highest temp was 40.2 - super scary. Hope it eases soon
