Partner has just had cold sore - freaking out

So I’ve just found out about neonatal herpes and my DD is 14 weeks.

My DP has just had a cold sore about 2 weeks ago and I only just found out how dangerous this can be. He will have kissed baby.

Would I know by now if we had caused her serious harm?
