Is this viral rash?

11 month old DS. Full of cold but seems himself apart from green snot and a cough. He's off solids a little, a bit fussy.

Getting him dressed and noticed this on his legs and trunk. Is this a viral rash? It goes away when blanched, feels slightly bumpy. No fever.

He's my second, so I'm not panicking, I think it is viral, just wanted some opinions. Thanks

Probably viral but wouldn't hurt to get the GP /nurse practitioner to take a look.

My daughter gets viral and allergy rashes and for her they are identical. It's only looking at the time line that we can separate them. For her viral rashes stick around a week and the allergy rashes more like 4-6 weeks

My daughter had this recently and turned out to have COVID, not sure if the two were linked but she had snot, really tired and a cough.

Looks viral to me. My daughter has exactly the same at the minute.
