Hello my one year old son has these on his bottom and in his groin.. bottom has dried out a bit and the groin one looks like it's just coming.. any ideas please?

Not sure, I would pop along to see the pharmacist. They are good for rashes!

It looks very similar to what my 10 year old had.
check out Pityriasis rosea
it looks similar to ringworm. After the scaly patches appear around 10 days later they coming out in loads of little spots. Not contagious, it’s viral and goes on its own eventually (took about 2 weeks here)
