Is this eczema?

DS' wrist has been like this for a week or so. Sometimes he says it itches then nothing for a few days, then it starts again.

I thought it was dry skin caused by the cold but none of the creams have helped so far.

It seems silly going to the GP for a bit of dry skin but I'm at a loss. DS has never had skin issues or eczema but I wonder if thats what it is?

I’d pop in to your local pharmacy and ask for advice - they’re great for things like this, without bothering your GP.
