Started off with a cough every now & then, then a cold came along & it got worse. Turned in to Bronchiolitis 3 weeks ago. Went to hospital but no treatment required. Thought it was getting better. Then we all got a cold. Took him back to doctors last week. Chest clear, viral. He's drooling a lot for teeth I presume so that going down the back of his throat isn't helping. He has a scoop of Carobel in his bottles to help with reflux. The cough is horrid. A really LOUD retching cough that sounds at times like he's about to choke. We were told to delay his 16 week jabs due to the Bronchiolitis then delay again last week as he had a cold. I feel like he will never bloody get them at this rate. He feeds well & has no temps. Cough doesn't bother him unless he's really retching which is usually when he's been asleep for a few hours. It's rubbish. I've raised the head of his cot, but there's not much else I can do is there. His room is aired out all day. I don't know why I'm writing really I guess I'm just fed up & can't see it getting any better now we are going in to winter & his older sister is at school bringing home a new form of plague weekly! I suppose I'm worried it's gone on so long but I also think if he's eating & happy most of the time that's a good thing. Anyone else had experience of this in one so young?
