Mouthing breathing

I have 3 DC, DS(11) DS(6) & DD(1)

I've noticed for some time now both of my boys mouth breathe. Especially at night, even without being poorly. My DD doesn't and doesn't even if she's poorly.
I've looked into it and it can be really problematic, they both have hyper-plastic enamel, older DS is currently under paediatrician for ADHD and ASD (currently waiting diagnoses) and has an open bite and has been referred for braces he also has quite a prominent underbite.
Middle DS is showing signs of ADHD and ASD and has a complex medical history.

I'm worried that this is all linked to their mouth breathing and is really affecting their health. Where would I even start with seeking medical advice and actually getting listened to. Would it be the GP, dentists or is there another route?
