Quivering Chin

Hi all

Really hoping for some advice. My 10 month old's chin has started quivering, fairly frequently in that it happens at least once a day. It tends to be if he is agitated or just woken (or out the bath - but on those occasions I assume he's cold!). I am quite concerned and wondered if anyone had experience with this? The dreaded google panicked me. I don't have a HV at the moment so really hoping for your experiences/thoughts.

Unfortunately my HV left her post and I still haven't been assigned a new one x
