What is this on my newborns lip?

Hello this little sore has appeared on my newborns lip, I just wondered what it is? Or what caused it! I went onto Google and it says they can get sores from sucking bottles, and he always has his hands in mouth chewing them!

He is fine in himself but just wondered what people think it is?

Probably a sore from sucking (can be from bottles or breastfeeding). Mine frequently got them when they were very little. It probably won't bother the baby but if you're worried I think the lansinoh nipple cream is safe for feeding so you could apply a small amount to it.
