Hiya.

My little one is on phenoxymethylpenicillin for ear infection/tonsillitis. She wasn't eating today and after looking at tongue. I managed to get some pictures.

I'm thinking thrush 🤔 they aren't the greatest pictures.

Thank you 😊

How are they today @Twistylemon?

She got more white stuff on her tongue. Sore gums/teeth. Went to chemist to get over the counter which they confirmed was Thrush.

Though ended going gp as no chemists in our area have the oral gel 🙄 shortage or something. they needed to prescribe something else.

Then my gp receptionist proceeded to have a go at me 🤷🏼‍♀️ as I should have contacted them earlier 😆 🤣 I was like I didn't need you at all, but if they are out of stock everywhere. What do you want me to do?

We're on treatment nystatin. Which is hard to say to her don't suck the pipett 😆 😂
