Retracted breathing off and on with suspected cold

Hi,

I think my baby ( 6 months) has a cold but I'm worried it could be croup as she has a nasty cough as well.

I've noticed when she's awake and fussy, her chest looks like it's slightly retracting when breathing. This settles down when she's asleep. I'm thinking it might be all the congestion in her as she's very snotty, her nose is pouring.

I'm just worried that she's having difficulty breathing, but if this were the case would the retracted breathing be ongoing /not settle when she's asleep?

She has an owelet and her O2 levels are sitting at about 95/96% they are normally at around 97/98% but again, could this be due to her congestion?

Thanks!
