Vomiting Rotavirus vaccine

DD has just been to have her 12 week immunisations, and she immediately threw up after the oral rotavirus one. The nurse said it should be fine as it'll have been absorbed by her gums, but the NHS website says it should be administered again.

Did anyone else's baby throw up their vaccine, and was it given to them again? I'm just a bit worried as definitely none of it will have stayed down, there was a lot of sick.

My friends daughter had a pattern of projectile vomiting. The first time she had the rotovirus she projectile vomited the first one. Calmed her down and she had another which she promptly projectile vomited up.
When she went for the second dose she did the same and they didn't offer her a second one.

@Superscientist thank you, the nurse said she'd never seen a baby do it before so I was panicking a little bit.

My friends little girl had this habit of doing it in a lot of different situations. Anything new and unusual and she would projectile vomit until about 6 and 7 months and it stopped completely.
