Daughters low white blood cell result

hi just looking for others experiences really and any knowledge.
My daughter is 9 and has been complaining of pain in neck and stomach for some time. Had a scan on neck and looks like that should be ok.
had a blood test and doctor has rung to say white blood cells are low. I’ve got the letter and it says they are 3.7. Neutrophil count is 1.6.
apparently they were low 2 years ago and the white blood cell count was 4.7 although no one ever told us that.
now absolutely worried sick about leukaemia and have been told have to wait 2 months for another blood test. I cannot wait that long!anyone knowledgeable about how low these actually are for a 9 year old or any personal experience with this? Thank you!

If I were you, I would ask the GP for another blood test in a month instead of in two months.
If they refuse, I would go private if you can afford to.
I'm not a doctor, but I have read that low white blood count can be caused by things other than cancer, such as deficiency in some vitamins and minerals.
I know it's easy to say don't worry, but try not to worry too much until you have a clear answer. If it does turn up out to be what you suspect, then in children I believe it's highly curable. (One of my friend's children, a girl aged seven, had it and she's now a perfectly healthy woman in her forties).

It's low but not particularly
I am neutropenic and they get concerned when mine is under 0.5
Leukaemia is more high white blood counts, not low
