10 week old refusing his bottles

For the last 5 days DS has been suffering with a snotty nose and cough but been coping pretty well. Until last night where he started refusing his bottles and was very unlike himself. Took him to the doctors this morning as his cough seems so much worse and he was screaming. Started on antibiotics. Has barely drunk anything all day and has refused his usual 7.30pm before bedtime feed and has just gone back to sleep. Is there anything else I can do for him ? Have been administering saline spray for his nose and the snufflebabe vapour oil on a tea towel Nearish him.
Poor thing looks so unwell 😔

Keep offering small amounts of milk frequently and keep an eye out for dehydration - check out the NHS page for age appropriate signs - nappy out put is usually keys across most age groups
