Skin tags on face?

Hi all, this past year lots of little skin tags have appeared on dd (6) face, they seem to be slowly multiplying, has anyone come across this, are they harmless?

Are they skin tags? I have some in my neck and they look different, more portruding that the ones in the picture (but then the picture is not very clear?). Take her to the GP

To be honest not sure what they are, but yes will take her just wondered if anyone had an idea before I did :)
