Toddler feet suddenly going inward?

Hi everyone,

On Sunday afternoon, I noticed my 23 month old walking with her right feet limping, going in ward. Leading to a lot of tripping. By next day, was even worse. No pain, no other symptom, good eating and drinking. Playing well. I took her to A & E and they did X ray and blood tests. All normal but they also said her feet is defo going inward. She fell a lot during our time there. They said it needs investigating so children Orthopaedic wants to see her in 2 weeks. Yesterday (day 3), she suddenly started vomiting (4 times within an hour, even water was vomited) but no other symptoms. Vomiting stopped a few hours ago. Held water, coke, couple spoons of rice and few bits of banana down.

I am very worried. Just wondering, anyone gone through this? It is a couple of days now and not better. If she hurt a nerve or muscle - would it show on an X ray? Could it be infection? Just looking for similar experiences.

Thanks!!
