14 month old wind

DD is 14 months old and has had terrible wind since birth. She has milk, egg and soya allergies and since cutting these out of her diet she no longer has explosive diarrhoea but is still incredibly windy. Last night she woke over 20 times with wind, this is not unusual for her. The doctors are being useless, she is putting on weight and meeting her milestones so in their eyes everything is fine. At her last appointment they prescribed gaviscon in what felt like an attempt to pacify me. The gaviscon hasn't worked. I've tried to get another doctors appointment but they're at capacity and can't tell me when there will be an appointment available. It is horrible listening to my dd waking in pain so many times each night. I am on my knees with exhaustion and have been suicidal a few times. I just don't know what to try to help her.
