My 4 yo normally in great health has had a temperature since Tuesday. Went to out of hours doctor at 4.30 this morning and he said it's tonsillitis and gave antibiotics.
4yo has had 2 doses of antibiotics and lots of calpol and nurofen. She is still really miserable, shivering with cold. Medicine is bringing temperature to around 38 degrees.
Has anyone experienced this? I'm surprised temperature is still on going
