Toddler /preschoolers Reflux

Hi I'm after advice for uncontrolled reflux in toddlers and preschooler's

My daughter is 3 and has had a difficult time with reflux since being a few weeks old. It has been at time semi controlled with omperazole, domperidone and gaviscon but it doesn't last for long. As soon as she has a growth spurt or a cold we end up back in reflux hell.

She has been under a general paediatrician since 4 months for the reflux and many food allergies but he is out of options. She is on the highest doses of all of the meds so he has put a referral in to see the gastro specialist at Christmas. It's been making her pretty miserable for the last 3+ months and her teeth are showing acid damage so she's now on 3 monthly dental visits.

What else can we do? What else could we expect from paeds? We are generally feeling quite lost

Thanks!
