Hand foot and mouth

16 month old developed spots on Monday and was diagnosed Wed with hand foot and mouth, was absolutely fine in herself apart from the spots. Today she has had a temperature - could this be the HF&M? Nhs website states temp usually first symptom.

So my daughter has suspected HFMD right now. She has been off her food for about 5 days, really snotty nose and then 2 nights ago had a high temp. Next morning she woke up with what looked like hives (reminds me of nettle sting) on her hands and feet. She’s not seen a doctor only talked to chemist over the phone
