Q Fever in a child - Coxiella burnetii

Hi, looking for reassurance really. Has anyone's child had a blood test where they tested positive for Q fever. My child had a blood test due to an enlarged node, and I'm panicking now even though the NHS website says Q fever is usually mild and probably not a big deal. The GP says they've never seen a child test positive for it, we don't live on a farm though we were around farm animals at attractions twice this summer. Just looking for reassurance really that it's nothing to worry about. We have a referral to Paediatrics already.
