Saline drops

Calpol saline drops - I have been inserting drops into my 2 month babies nose whilst flat on back and it drains from nose to mouth which results in baby swallowing solution. Is this fine? Should I be worried as its salt water?

Yes, it’s fine. The manufacturer knows the possibility of it going down the throat.
