Concerned over 7 month old

Hi all,
This is my first time posting, so no nasty comments please.
My son is 7 months old and has recently had an ultrasound of his kidneys and bladder which looked normal. However during the scan, it was noticed that he has a small liver cyst and some enlarged lymph nodes in his abdomen. She said nothing particularly concerning, but will get GP to do some bloods to rule out anything serious.
He has got 3 hemangiomas (which he has a referral for at Birmingham childrens) I did ask if the cyst could be an internal one, but doctor said it didn’t look like one.
I am just posting really to see if anyone has experienced similar to me. I am aware that no one can diagnose over the internet.
He currently sleeps 12/13 hours at night with 2/3 naps in the day of varying lengths (between 30 mins and 2 hours).
He has x4, 6oz bottles of formula and 3 meals a day - he has taken to solids very quickly, HV and GP both happy with this.
His last feed of the day has recently become a dream feed.
He has just got over a bout of cold/flu/loose stool - which I’m guessing is probably the cause of the lymph nodes being enlarged.
Hes normally a happy boy but currently cutting 2 teeth, so has been grumpy for a few days with one very unsettled night Wednesday.
Anyway, sorry for the waffle. I just really want to know if I’m being an overly cautious, neurotic FTM.

Hiya, just about to go to sleep, but didn't want your post to go unanswered.

My LO will be 7 months in 10 days. He has had enlarged lymph nodes along one side of his neck for a few months - GP thinks it was due to irritated cradle cap and we were told not to worry unless lymph nodes appeared elsewhere. He has been diagnosed with eczema and his scalp is improving, but lymph nodes still swollen. 😥 He has a strawberry mark at the nape of his neck, but are hemangiomas more prominent? Sleeps, feeds and teething all sound very familiar, so nothing out of the ordinary there. ❤️

What were the scans for? What do you think you're being overly cautious or neurotic about?

Try to get some rest and don't worry about asking for the doctors' advice.xx

Thank you for answering me, I was just about to go to sleep myself!
Hemangiomas and strawberries are the same thing from what I’ve read. He was referred as he has one on his back was still getting bigger at 4 months. Not massively though.
I know strawberries/hemangiomas can be internal when they have over a certain amount.
The scan was originally for the fact he was having less wet nappies. It was just to check his kidneys for any reflux or damage. They scanned his whole abdomen during the appointment, to just make sure they weren’t missing anything and incidentally found the liver cyst and enlarged abdominal lymph nodes (none above 1cm)
It does seem as though like your LO, the lymph nodes could just be from a flare up of something causing inflammation in that area.
Also reassuring to know naps and feeds seem to be similar to you too.
I think I’m being overly cautious because I worry that there is something wrong with him quite a lot, with no real ‘evidence’ to back me up.
But yes your right I definitely need to get some rest as worrying won’t get me anywhere xx
