My DD (11 months) is scheduled to have a long-awaited surgery under GA on Wednesday. Last week she was ill with a temperature and green snot. Our admissions letter says that she must be well 7 days before surgery. She has been well since Tuesday but does have some clear snot and a very occasional cough. Although she has snot she isn’t congested at all, it’s very watery. She will 100% be fine by Wednesday next week, but I plan on telling them when we get there that she was ill 2 weeks prior. Do you think they will cancel it?
