Diabetes in 4 year old?

My son is very tired, drinks lots and therefore has accidents. I would say he drinks 1.5-2 litres a day. He's quite angry and aggressive and it's getting to a point that it's unmanageable.

When my baby son was (middle child) was readmitted on day 3 due to low sugars, I got a glucose monitor (this was 2 1/2 years ago now).

I pricked my 4 year old just now 2 hours after tomato soup with a white roll for dinner. Sugar level was 8.2mmol. Is this normal? I realised after taking it that I don't even know what's normal and what's not.
