Orange colour in 8m old nappy when poorly

My 8m old was in a and e last night and sent home this morning with what they said was an upper respiratory tract virus.
He hasn't drunk anything today and this is his first wet nappy- an orange colour with small orange specks. They tested his urine last night and it was clear from UTI. Should I be concerned?

Looks like he is dehydrated. If he's not drinking I would be getting him checked out again as he could need some.extra help with fluids
