Newborn abdominal pain before pooping

Hello.
Little one is 12 days old. She was admitted to hospital 3 days ago after we thought she was showing pain in the abdomen that led to inconsolable crying. This was particularly noticeable just before going for a poo.
She was put on antibiotics for a possible UTI following a blood spot test that showed signs on lactate. Thankfully, a ultrasound showed no concerns. Bloods were taken and cultured in case of sepsis but results all came back negative, thankfully.
After being discharged from hospital, little one is still showing signs of pain before doing a poo.
Has anyone experienced anything similar?
