Does anybody know how I can settle what I think is a drool rash my 15 month old son has a dummy and I think this is what's caused it it looks spotty and red when he has his dummy in it covers the rash up you can't see it it's the same shape and size of his dummy too so I know it's his dummy I put double base on it in the morning and at night just to moisture it but he licks it so the are is just constantly wet and I don't want it getting worse because the weathers getting cold now I don't want it getting chapped I do limit him having his dummy aswell he only uses it when he's going for a sleep or upset other than that I let air get to it just wondering if any creams could heal it thankyou
