Impetigo or scratch? (Pics)

No experience of impetigo apart from reading about it on here but I know it has been around the school before. DS is 5, he says it hurts a little.

I'm torn as on one pic it looks like it may be two horizontal scratches on top of another but on the other it looks a bit sore-like with some yellowish bits?

Unless it is impetigo which he scratched overnight?

Hi Op, I would be inclined to say a scratch - my DC usually have these, either from scratching themselves or playing with the dog. I would put a bit of Sudocrem on it and see how it goes over the next day or so. Has he got any more patches elsewhere?
