down please! I’m on my own with my
7 year old and having a pointless
panic ☹️She said her nose was hurting so I had a look and she has 2
fleshy growths in both nostrils. Definitely not anything she’s put up there and I’m worried it’s a
growth that’s bad ☹️Can anyone reassure me?
