Baby rash

Hi there
FTM and my little boy is 4 weeks old. He had baby acne which has now cleared up but today changing him noticed these spots on his belly. He seems fine in himself.
Any idea what this is,

Looks like sweat rash or maybe an allergy to the washing powder/softner.

Is he cold? His legs look a bit mottled ?

Milia? If he's well just mention it to the midwife/health visitor. Obviously if you have any real concerns or things get worse, then contact the GP asap.

So after having a good think he has been in the baby carrier today as we went for a walk. His arms and legs did feel a bit cold after (he had his vest, sleep suit, cardi with socks and mittens on for the walk) but he was in the carrier on my partner and he always runs warm I felt our son's chest during the walk and it did feel a bit warm. So I am now thinking heat rash.
His now in a vest with a cardie undone for his arms and trousers for his legs so his chest just has one layer. Will monitor and see how it is tonight.
If the same will ring the GP in the morning.
FTM is hard! Just constant worries!
