What is this? Cold sore/HFM/impetigo?

My toddlers face he had what I thought was a cold sore but now looks like this!

Looks more like impetigo

Yes, I would say impetigo too.
I think you need to call the gp for antibiotic cream - I did with dd a few months ago.

Just to add, I thought hers was a cold sore at first too, looked like that at the start, then grew and spread. But also totally healed up quite quickly
