Sore Gum HELP

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has any advice before I go to the dentist. DD who is nearly 6 has been complaining of a sore gum. I can’t really see anything that instantly stands out. Could it be molars coming through? Pic attached.

Yes, first permanent molars are due now. Keep it clean, don’t use bongela or anything like that, they’re very acidic. It won’t last long.

The picture isn’t great but it looks like a partially erupted adult molar to me.
