Suspicious mole

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas about this mole on my son's leg? We are trying to get an appointment but not having much luck. Thank you.

How old is your ds?

He's 10. Have seen GP but struggling to get appointment at hospital and there's no availability privately.

What the GP said ? He should have referred him to dermatologist, so they can sort out appointment in within 2 weeks.
Do you have a referral ? Or does he think is not necessary, and you need to watch it closely for a while ?
