Mystery spots!

A couple of days ago my daughter started getting some spots on her chin. They have now spread to her cheek. She says they are itchy, but I'm not sure what it is! Her little brother has also got some coming up on his chin!
I don't think they're bites, they've had chicken pox, and it doesn't look like prickly heat. My main thought is that it is related to the heat, or a reaction to something but not sure what - haven't changed washing powder etc.
Any ideas?

Hand, foot and mouth maybe.

They look like bites and bites are itchy.
Are they in clusters of two or three? Maybe mosquitos?

It doesn't look like Hand foot and mouth but it could be chicken pox it's actually more common than most people think to have them more than once.

No spots have come up anywhere else so I don't think it's likely to be chicken pox!
No mosquitoes round here thankfully! I have taken their pillowcases off in case it is connected. I realised I changed the bedding in Friday so might be related but it's the same washing stuff as usual so not sure, unless something got on it in the washing line?

Doesn't look like hand foot and mouth, they are spots as opposed to sores.
