Help! Thermometer recommendations needed please!

I hope someone can help.
I have a visual impairment, and I'm in need of a thermometer to use on a baby which is accessible to me.
There are talking thermometers available, however, they take the temperature from the ear or forehead and I believe those are not suitable for very young infants.
Does anyone know of a baby thermometer that beeps if the babies temperature is high?

I think ear thermometers are fine for babies?

This one seems to do everything you need. We still have a Braun one going strong that I bought when DS1 was a couple of weeks old. He's 18 now!
