My almost 14 month old has been prescribed amoxicillin by his doctor as he's been feeling unwell he's got to take 5ml 3 times a day but how many hours do I space these apart so he had his first dose today when we got it at 3:15pm when should I give him his next is there so many hours I should leave it? Thank you

6 hours apart on a normal day. I would do 8am, 2pm, 8pm.
As he’s just been given it later on today, I’d only give him 2 doses. I’d give it again before bed tonight.

I’d give one more dose today before bed then from tomorrow a dose when they get up, a dose before bed and another in the middle.

Doesn’t have to be rigid but you want 6ish hrs between doses.
