Should I send son to preschool?

Hello,
My 2 yo son and my neighbours 3yo son go to preschool together. Neighbours son has been off with a sickness bug today but they have to send him into preschool tomorrow due to their work. I really don't want my son getting sick and am considering keeping him home. Is this over dramatic? Should I just send him in and accept the risk? I have bad health anxiety and sometimes can't tell what is reasonable and what is OTT

Thanks in advance ☺️

Does your son have any health conditions that make him vulnerable?

if not you are overreacting, if it kept him off every time someone in the class was ill he would never go in. Now is the time he builds his immune system for later on in life.

Gross are they in the same room? If so I'd say can you keep my child away from him as I think they have a bug of some sort but please don't mention to the parents I said that
