Lump down below

My 14 year old DS has told us about a lump on his scrotum. He has about a pea size selling on the skin. He also some sports and says he tired to pop one last week and now this lump has appeared. It’s sore to move around but is the same colour as his sack. It feels hard. Any ideas or what to do?

we are thinking maybe the pharmacy or walk in centre tomorrow.

I don’t think the pharmacist will examine him, it’s more a GP thing tbh.
We don’t have walk in centres near us, so I don’t know what they cover, but if it’s an out of hours Dr service then go there.

Thanks I thought the pharmacist could give me cream for him. It’s still there today so I have contacted 111
