Hello!
First time mum here and have a 7 week old suffering with colic/wind. Constantly brings his knees up to his tummy, screams and strains. I can feel his tummy gurgling under my hand.
Have tried infacol and didn't make a difference.
Currently using gripe water & optibac drops together and not making a huge difference - although burps are coming up easier.
HV suggested colief but I forgot to ask if I can use this alongside the other products I'm already giving.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
TIA

Hi OP! i feel for you, i was exactly the same i think i tried every single thing on the planet, we did use all in conjunction yes - i used to leave an hour or so between though! focus on colief before feeds and then an hour after use gripe water! Also massaging clockwise, underneath their bellybutton in circles after bath time also helped me! Feeding sat up and kept him there for a good 10/15 mins after (an absolute pain in the night)
Its awful to be watching them go through it so you have my sympathy!

I think I used everything at different times of the day. Keeping the baby upright after a feed made the most difference and they do thankfully grow out of it. You have my sympathy it’s hard. Gripe water worked best though
