Hi! My 10 month old has been poorly for about a week now, temp, then sore throat and now cough and snot. She is also teething. She had a few tiny spots on her chin which I put down to being from her dribble but has woken this morning with this huge spot on her face. Does this look like pox to you? Is it too late for spots to be appearing (1 week after beginning to feel poorly)
