Ds 3 has had these appear. Any ideas? Very itchy

Yep, look like bites. An antihistamine tablet and some antihistamine cream will stop the itch hopefully.

Could it be fleas? We have a cat but he does get flea treatment and haven't seen a y signs

No, it looks more like insect bites to me.

Thabks. Been out in garden lots at nursery so possibly from there

Looks like mosquito bites as they tend to bite a few times in same area.
