My daughter has been poorly since since Sunday (6 days) starting with vomiting and temperature, and now sore throat. she's woken up this morning with a few small red spots (no blisters) on her face. Has too much time passed between being poorly and now for it to potentially be chickenpox?

Trying to get a photo but she won't let me :)
