9 month old with pimples/spots

My 9 month old has had this on his cheek for around 3 months with bigger red spots coming and going. I first assumed it was just a teething rash but he’s no longer teething and it’s still there just as bad as before. The top of his arms are also bumpy and rough but has not red spots. Any ideas what this could be? Should I take him to the GP? It doesn’t seem to bother him at all

My toddler still gets this I find moisturising with some e45 helps after a few days.

I will try e45 for a few days to see if it clears it up. Thank you

I found aveeno bath soap and creams worked the best for him. It’s cleared up so much since using it. Although it does flare up when he’s teething. Hope this helps your little one x
