Only been on holiday two days and has the six-year-old got a verruca from the pool?!

Can it come on that fast?

He says it's painful; had a small black dot which I tweezed out as we thought it was a splinter. Now it looks like this. Very tender to touch.

Looks like it to me, but basically if it stays like that or gets more black dots, with wider circle, definitely is one. Get a treatment started.
