Viral infection rash?

Hey this has come up on my 9 year old. Does it look like a viral rash? She doesn't have any other symptoms and is fine. Its on both checks and feel rough like sandpaper. It's not itchy or anything.

Is it anywhere else on her body?

Ds got dry red cheeks the day before slapped cheek

@thaegumathteth do doctors give anything for that?

She's due to go out with her grandparents tomorrow and don't know whether to cancel or not. She's fine in herself it's just this rash.

No it's viral so no medicine but it can be really dangerous to anyone pregnant so avoid anyone in that situation
