Hi all!
Can someone please shed some light on if my 4 Month Old son is teething! I’m a FTM so I’m not sure😩
Since Friday he has been really clingy and he’s also been constantly crying with probably about 20 minute breaks. He’s been putting his hands in his mouth a lot and chomping on them but I noticed he’s only been doing it on his right side. He’s also been pulling at him gum and his right ear. His cheeks are red and does feel hot. He’s been feeding a lot more recently and has been having a lot more pooey nappies that are absolutely awful😂. He only used to do a poo every other day but now it’s every day.
I thought he was teething a few weeks ago and gave him the cold teether and he didn’t like it but now he’s chomping on it. He tends to only settle by sucking his fingers or with a cold dummy. I did notice his gym was white and red on his right side in one place.
please help! 😩

Yes probably

Give him some calpol to ease the pain

You can alternate each dose with ibuprofen

Yep, sounds like teething. Provide comfort as needed, it will stop bothering him once the tooth pierces the gum.
